In simple lay man terms, the staking rewards (rebase rewards) which are distributed every 3 seconds are backed by the insurance fund which ensures a high and stable interest rate of $GbankAPY (GBK) token holders.

5% of all trading fees are stored in the Insurance Fund which helps sustain and back the staking rewards provided by the positive rebase.
